FMR Corporation was founded in April of 1993, as a school bus service business. It mainly catered to students of Montessori Child Learning Center (now known as Maria Montessori School of Quezon City), and did so until 2002. In May of 1994, the company extended its offerings to include point-to-point shuttle services. Since then, FMR has rendered shuttle services to known entities such as SPI Content Sciences, Splash Manufacturing, and Duracom Mobile Power Corporation. The duration of the steepest parts of the pandemic also called for the company to focus on shuttle services once again, catering to clients such as the National Housing Authority, the Philippine Statistics Authority, and the Department of Health Central Office. The expansion to the business’ tourist transportation services began in July of 1998, and has since become what the company is known for. Consistent clients for FMR’s tourist transportation offerings include: the University of Santo Tomas, Mandaluyong City Hall, Darwin International School, Grace Christian College, and Manulife.
